Shōkunin

Shōkunin was a live band project I conceived with the guitarist Aidan Maier. With incredible support from drummer Matt Holmes and bassist Tommy Fuller we produced a contemporary sound indebted as much to DJ Shadow as it is to Pink Floyd - with strong jazz influences.

It was a project conceived for live which gigged extensively across the Midlands and was always well received. A particular highlight was arranging the record for a live string quartet that joined us on a run of live shows.
